Margherita Duesbury, CCC, MA, MACP

A space to feel heard, understood, and supported.

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, major life changes, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of what comes next. You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out for support.

I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) and a Master of Arts in Health Studies and Gerontology. I work with individuals across a range of concerns and life stages, with a particular interest in postpartum experiences, life transitions, and the emotional challenges that can accompany significant changes in our lives.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I incorporate evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) into my practice, helping clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours while developing practical strategies they can use beyond the therapy room.

I also draw from a person-centred approach, recognizing that every individual is different. Therapy should be tailored to you—not the other way around. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout, self-worth, stress, relationships, parenting, postpartum adjustment, or simply feeling that you’re not quite yourself, I offer a supportive and non-judgmental space to explore what you’re experiencing.

You don’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we can work toward greater clarity, confidence, and meaningful change.
