Sarah Warren

CCC, MA, BCR, SLPA

Life can bring challenges that touch us all, regardless of our background or circumstances. During times of stress, uncertainty, grief, or change, it can be difficult to navigate things on our own. Reaching out for support can be a meaningful step toward healing, growth, and greater well-being.

Sarah is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and has a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She offers a warm, compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgemental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported.

Sarah utilizes a holistic, trauma-informed, and evidence-based approach to counselling, drawing from therapeutic approaches such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Polyvagal Theory, and Mindfulness. She recognizes that every person’s experiences and needs are unique and thoughtfully tailors her approach to each client.

At the heart of Sarah’s work is the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives. She does not seek to “fix” people, but rather walks alongside them as they make sense of their experiences, reconnect with their strengths and values, and find meaningful ways forward.

Sarah brings a diverse professional background, including Speech-Language Pathology Assisting and a degree in Community Rehabilitation and Disability Studies. She has supported individuals across different ages, abilities, and environments, including schools, homes, workplaces, and community settings. She considers it a privilege to create a safe and welcoming space where clients can explore, grow, and reconnect with themselves with greater clarity, resilience, and hope.
